Shipping Policy

At Superbuys Warehouse, we strive to make your shopping experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about shipping and returns:

Shipping Options

Parfumerie Direct aims to dispatch all orders received within 2 business days from the time the order is received.

  • Australia Post eParcel (Standard Shipping) - signature required on delivery unless specified. 
  • Aramex (Standard Shipping)
  • Express Shipping (Additional charge; see conditions below)
    Note: Express Post shipping orders will be dispatched same day if the order is received before 11am.
  • If re-delivery is required, an additional charge will apply.

General Conditions

  • Tracking Information: You will receive tracking details for your Australia Post or Aramex order via email once your order has been dispatched.
  • Delivery Signature: Unless specified at checkout, all orders require a signature upon delivery. If you give authority to leave during checkout, Superbuys Warehouse is not responsible for any issues or loss once the item is left at the delivery address.
  • Failed Delivery Attempts: If you are not at home at the time of delivery and have not been granted authority to leave, the parcel will be returned to your local post office for your collection(for Australia Post orders) or the courier will leave a card with further instructions.Not Home During the Day: If you’re not home during the day, we recommend providing a work address (along with the business name) for delivery.
  • Order Cancellations: If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders are shipped daily and can cancel orders before dispatch without charge. However, if the order has already been dispatched, you will receive a refund minus the shipping charge.
  • Parcel Delays: In the rare event that your parcel is delayed by the carrier, we are unable to offer a refund until the parcel is confirmed as lost or returned to sender.
  • Returned Packages: If we are unable to deliver your goods after multiple attempts, and the parcel is returned to us, additional charges will apply for re-shipping. Please ensure your address is correct at checkout; returns due to incomplete or incorrect details will incur extra charges.
  • Dispatch Times: Australia Post collects/Aramex collects the parcels btw 1pm-3pm Monday- Friday.
    We ship all orders via Australia Post/Aramex standard delivery unless you select Express Post Shipping via Australila Post. Please allow 2 working days for processing and packing,  An additional 1-2 business days may be required during peak periods of high order volume. Please add estimated shipping days on top of processing and packing days.
  • Urgent Orders: If you need your item to be dispatched urgently please contact our customer service team via WhatsApp or SMS. We recommend you choose the express post service for faster delivery.
  • Post Office Boxes: We can ship to Post Office boxes only via Australia Post

Click & Collect

 

Click and collect is only available from our store in Blacktown, please wait for a confirmation email to let you know your order is ready for pick up before attempting to collect.

International Shipping

Unfortunately, we only ship to customers within Australia at present.
